General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at kadmix.com (hereinafter: the "Website"), including the type and scope of electronically supplied services and the rules for using the contact form.
Terms used in these Terms of Service mean:
- "Service Provider" - the entity operating the Website, indicated in the "Service Provider details" section;
- "Website" - the website available at kadmix.com, together with its subpages;
- "User" - any person using the Website;
- "Contact form" - a feature of the Website that enables sending a message to the Service Provider.

Type and scope of electronically supplied services
Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- providing access to informational and marketing content about the Service Provider's offer;
- providing a contact form that enables sending an enquiry.
These Terms of Service do not apply to the sale of goods or paid online services - the Website is informational and serves to establish contact, and the terms of any specific cooperation are agreed individually after contact has been made.
Technical requirements for using the Website
To use the Website correctly, the following are required:
- a device with access to the Internet;
- an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled;
- cookies necessary for the Website to function enabled.

Rules for using the contact form
By using the contact form, the User agrees to:
- provide truthful information and only their own contact details;
- use the form solely to make contact in matters related to the Service Provider's offer;
- refrain from submitting content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties, including advertising content unrelated to the Service Provider's offer (spam).
The Service Provider reserves the right not to respond to messages that violate the above rules, and to use mechanisms limiting abuse (a limit on the number of submissions, Google reCAPTCHA verification).
Intellectual property rights
All content available on the Website - including text, graphics, photos, page layout and source code - is the property of the Service Provider or has been used with the consent of the entitled parties, and is protected under copyright law. Copying, distributing or otherwise using this content without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited, except where permitted under fair-use provisions of the law.
Service Provider's liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Website operates correctly and is continuously available, but is not liable for temporary technical interruptions resulting from maintenance work, internet connection failures, or other circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. portfolio projects). The Service Provider is not liable for the content or functioning of the websites such links lead to.
Complaints procedure
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website or the contact form can be submitted to the Service Provider's e-mail address indicated in these Terms of Service, together with a description of the problem. The Service Provider reviews complaints and responds within 14 days of receiving them.

The rules for processing Users' personal data are described in a separate Privacy Policy.
Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
Consumers have the option of using out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service, in particular in connection with changes to the scope of services provided or to the law. The current version of the Terms of Service is always available at this address.
