What are cookies
Cookies (small text files) are saved by your web browser on your device while you use the website available at kadmix.com (hereinafter: the "Website").
Depending on how long they are stored, cookies are divided into session cookies (deleted once the browser is closed) and persistent cookies (stored for a set period or until manually removed). Depending on their origin, cookies are divided into first-party cookies (set directly by the Website) and third-party cookies (set by service providers the Website relies on).
Data controller
The entity responsible for the use of cookies on the Website is Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości "Twój StartUp" (ul. Żurawia 6/12, 00-503 Warszawa). Full details of the Data Controller are available in the Privacy Policy.
Types of cookies we use
The Website may use cookies in the following categories:
- necessary - required for the Website to function correctly (e.g. maintaining the session, securing forms); do not require the User's consent;
- analytics - allowing us to collect anonymised statistics on visits and User behaviour in order to improve the Website;
- marketing - used to tailor advertising content and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Analytics and marketing cookies are only set once the User has given consent via the cookie banner.
Which cookies we currently use
The Website currently uses only cookies necessary for its operation: maintaining the session, securing the contact form (CSRF token) and remembering the choice the User made in the cookie banner.
The contact form is additionally protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set its own cookies to distinguish humans from automated bots. Because of this security purpose, we treat them as necessary for the form to work.
The Website plans to launch Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for analytics purposes in the future. They will only be activated once the User has given consent in the cookie banner - until then, no analytics or marketing cookies are set.
Managing your consent
On first visiting the Website, the User can accept all cookies, reject the non-essential ones, or customise their choice. Consent can be changed at any time using the "Manage cookies" button available in the footer of every page of the Website.
Changing settings in your browser
Regardless of the choices made in the cookie banner, the User can independently manage cookies in their web browser's settings - including blocking them or deleting cookies already stored. Please note that restricting necessary cookies may affect the correct operation of some features of the Website.
Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Cookie Policy, in particular in connection with the launch of new analytics or marketing tools. The current version of the Policy is always available at this address.
